The underlying property of both golf country clubs, along with its owner, is part of and subject to the Association, a not-for-profit homeowners association. Leveraging these two golf country clubs, the company aims to (i) strengthen customer loyalty and capture a greater share of golfers residing in or visiting the greater Orlando region and (ii) increase revenue from its golf club operations. The company believes that the quality of its golf courses and the amenities offered will continue to enhance its ability to attract and retain golfers across various demographic groups and skill levels.

Each golf country club is structured around four principal business sectors: (i) golf recreation, retail golf products, and equipment and facilities rental, (ii) membership dues, (iii) food and beverage services, and (iv) ancillary services and amenities. The golf courses at these clubs present different physical and strategic challenges, influenced by course layout and the placement of ball holes and flagsticks, which are adjusted throughout the golf season.
