Exzeo Group was established in 2012 as the technology and innovation division of HCI. It is now a majority-owned subsidiary of HCI, a Florida corporation and publicly traded company listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “HCI.” HCI operates across homeowners’ insurance, reinsurance, real estate, and information technology sectors. Immediately prior to this offering, HCI holds approximately 90.69% of Exzeo Group’s outstanding common stock, while current and former employees and directors of Exzeo Group hold the remaining approximately 9.31%.

Exzeo Group provides property and casualty (P&C) insurance carriers and their agents with advanced insurance technology solutions through the Exzeo Platform. The platform features nine integrated software and data analytics applications supporting functions such as insurance quoting, underwriting, claims management, data analysis, and other core insurance operations.

Exzeo Group serves customers in 13 states and holds insurance agency or managing general agent licenses in 29 states. Its insurance solutions currently support more than $1.2 billion in premiums in force.
