Eikon Therapeutics is a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company focused on developing novel therapies to treat multiple types of cancer. The company is currently conducting clinical trials across several drug candidates in its pipeline, including:

• EIK1001 for the treatment of advanced melanoma, evaluated in Phase 2/3 clinical trials involving approximately 740 patients across 22 countries;

• EIK1001 for the treatment of Stage IV non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), studied in Phase 2 clinical trials involving approximately 750 patients, along with additional U.S.-based trials enrolling approximately 60 patients;

• EIK1003 and EIK1004, selective PARP1 inhibitors, being evaluated in Phase 1/2 clinical trials involving approximately 65 patients with ovarian cancer and 16 patients with breast cancer; and

• EIK1005, a WRN helicase inhibitor designed to target tumors, with a Phase 1/2 clinical trial expected to begin dosing in early 2026.
