Third Harmonic Bio, Inc. is a biotechnology company that develops a new generation of drugs to treat allergic and inflammatory diseases.

In recently completed trials, THB001 has shown efficacy in chronic hives. New trials are planned to begin by the end of 2022, with results to be published in the second half of 2023. Data on testing THB001 for asthma treatment will also be available next year, which may initiate Phase Ib clinical trials.
