Alopexx

Alopexx, Inc. is a biotechnology company that develops new drugs for the prevention, treatment, and reduction of symptoms of bacterial, fungal, and parasitic infections associated with the PNAG antigen target.

Alopexx's main development is the AV0328 vaccine candidate, which in a phase 1 trial on humans showed good tolerability and production of protective antibodies against pathogens that produce PNAG.

AV0328 has great commercial potential if development is successful. The vaccine is theoretically capable of protecting against a wide range of infections, including the deadly bacterial MRSA, meningitis, and various sexually transmitted diseases, for an extended period. AV0328 may have extremely high medical and social value.
