Mobileye Global

Mobileye Global Inc. is a subsidiary of Intel that develops autonomous driving systems and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS).

The company has a history of over 20 years and its ADAS systems are currently used in over 800 car models from various brands. Mobileye's system-on-chip (SoC) chips are installed in over 117 million vehicles and used by nearly 50 OEM manufacturers.

In 2021, Mobileye launched 40 new developments, and in the first half of 2022, it shipped nearly 16 million SoCs to customers. By 2030, Mobileye expects its ADAS to be used in over 266 million vehicles.

Intel acquired Mobileye in 2017 for $15.3 billion. Before that, Mobileye was listed on the stock exchange (IPO was in 2014).
