Interactive Strength, Inc. offers a digital fitness platform under the brand Forme, which allows remote access to various specialists. In particular, Forme offers a workout mirror for about $2,500 that can display a video stream with a trainer and transmit a 4K image from multiple cameras in both directions. There is also the option to use a regular tablet or television. The top-level FORME Lift trainer is a screen with a built-in strength trainer with cables.

The Forme concept is similar to Peloton equipment, but more versatile. On the "flip side" of the screen, there can be a yoga, fitness, ballet, dance, and other types of trainers.
