Vesta Real Estate is a major holding company in the Mexican real estate market. The company owns, manages, and leases industrial properties in 15 states of Mexico. With a portfolio of over 200 real estate assets, the company focuses on industrial and commercial properties, allowing for long-term contracts with tenants and ensuring a high occupancy rate (over 90% of the time).
 

This is not a traditional IPO but a listing on the NYSE. Vesta Real Estate shares are already traded on the Mexican Stock Exchange under the symbol "VESTA." This is a public offering of American Depositary Receipts (ADRs). However, such listings often lead to an increase in share prices, including in the initial listing country.
