Mach Natural Resources

Mach Natural Resources is an American company engaged in the acquisition, development and production of oil, natural gas and natural gas reserves in the Anadarko Basin region of Western Oklahoma, Southern Kansas and surrounding Texas.

The company has filed for a $100 million IPO to raise capital for its oil and gas exploration operations, although the final amount could be higher.

The company's primary operations are centered in the Anadarko Basin in the U.S. and has acquired about 936,000 acres of drilling rights. Mach Natural Resources has already raised a fair market value investment of $1.43 billion from investors including Bayou City Energy Management, LLC.
