Contineum Therapeutics, Inc., headquartered in San Diego, California, was established with the objective of developing small molecule treatments for neurological, inflammatory, and immunological disorders across major therapeutic areas.

Contineum’s primary drug candidate, PIPE-791, is currently in Phase 1 clinical trials targeting idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and progressive multiple sclerosis.

The company aims to initiate Phase 1b trials to 'facilitate dosage determination for our forthcoming Phase 2 trials of PIPE-791 in IPF and progressive MS.'
