Concentra Group Holdings Parent, founded in 1979, has grown to become the largest provider of occupational health services in the United States by number of locations. This national presence enables access to high-quality care that aligns with the mission to improve the health of America’s workforce.

  • As of March 31, 2024, the company operated 547 stand-alone occupational health centers in 41 states and 151 onsite health clinics at employer worksites in 37 states. The reach has also expanded through a telemedicine program serving 43 states and the District of Columbia. In total, services are delivered across 45 states and the District of Columbia. Approximately 11,000 colleagues and affiliated physicians and clinicians, as of December 31, 2023, supported the delivery of an extensive suite of services, including occupational and consumer health services and other direct-to-employer care, to more than 50,000 patients each business day on average during 2023. Patients are generally employed by the main customers — employers across the United States.
