In fiscal years 2023 and 2024, as well as the 12-month periods ending July 31, 2023, and July 31, 2024, ServiceTitan processed $44.9 billion, $55.7 billion, $50.6 billion, and $62.0 billion in Gross Transaction Volume (GTV), respectively. GTV represents the total dollars invoiced by customers to their end customers through the platform within a specific period, serving as a proxy for the overall revenue generated by these customers.

Based on internal analysis of industry data, ServiceTitan estimates that the customers of trades businesses, referred to as "end customers," spend approximately $1.5 trillion annually on trade services for homes and businesses in the United States and Canada.
